I always hate to give a book that has a genuinely good plot, with interesting and creative characters, a lower rating because of language or inappropriate situations. But, I had to. Shadowspell has suspense, mystery, and creativity, but it has some foul language as well as situations which I believe should not be in a Young Adult Fiction. I was disappointed.
