This was a really fast read, (it only took about 20 minutes) but I loved Watts up-front and candid way of telling it like it is. Life get crazy, but in her struggle to find balance she discovers, maybe balance isn't exactly what she needs. I loved her humor and analogies. My favorite: I am a 14 towel woman with a 10 towel capacity life! Definitely helped me re-think all the things I'm juggling in my life.
