I always love when I find a wonderful Author, I had never before read! Georgette Heyer, does a beautiful job in this work of hers, Cotillion. Kitty is a young woman, adopted by an eccentric, and ornery man who decided to leave her his fortune, but she must choose a husband from his great nephews. Thus begins a journey full of humor, deception, mis-understanding, and romance akin to a work of Jane Austen. Written beautifully, rich with imagery, and tantalizing with snippets of mystery, I could hardly put this down!
